You can give aspirin in the short term, long term I would recomend Glucosamine Chondroitin supplements.

please don't give tylenol.

Please contact your vet or an emergency vet.

When my dog had arthritis I went to Petco/Petsmart and purchased OTC pet aspirin. I followed the directly closely and administered exactly what was needed.

I took my dog to the vet and they administered and directed me on anti-inflammatory medicines.

Other than that I have nothing else I can think of. Human aspirin is not something that I recommend for the simple fact I administered baby aspirin under the care of my vet (they instructed me) and my dog through up. I explained this to them and I was switched to anti-inflammatory medicines.
