You may not want to hear "eat healthy and exercise". So let's do it this way because if you do this, you CAN lose the weight.
Cut back on the carbohydrates (such as bread) and stay away from soda (yes, even "diet" sodas). Stick with water (8 glasses). You can still eat some foods, just cut it down...you don't have to totally go vegetarian for the month. And yes, do a run, get an aerobic dvd and start doing that.
Lastly, don't worry about how your friends look. Do this for the right reason...that you want to look good for yourself :)
Good luck.

It's realistic for you at your age to loose at least 10 pounds in one month. It's also realistic to be slim and still have breasts. I'm 22 and have recently lost 52 pounds- here's how I did it: Diet and exercise. It's the only way- TRUST ME. Look online to see how all the skinny celebs stay in shape if you don't believe me. They all have personal trainers and eat very healthy meals. Since you probably don't cook for yourself and eat lunch at school, it'll be hard to eat healthily but your diet doesn't have to be perfect. If you don't want to change how you currently eat, then you need to start doing some hard core exercising. I would suggest joining a sports team that forces you to exercise during practice. If your school has a weight room, start going there and working out. Otherwise- plan on getting a one piece and t-shirt.

Sounds to me like the best thing for you is to tone your body rather than try to lose weight. Light cardio would be ok and should take care of any extra baby fat but lifting light weights will do wonders for you. And the best news of all is that if you start now you will indeed see the changes starting in about 4 weeks. If you keep it up, by summer you'll be hanging with the best of them in the bikini! However, since you're only in 7th grade, try not to obsess about this too much. Don't forget you're a kid. Don't forget to BE a kid. The time passes oh too quickly.

You can't keep breasts and lose drastic amounts of weight.
I exercise a lot, so I have my chest in tact with a C and strong muscles.
I weight a lot, 150. However, you must realize that I am 5'10-5'11 and muscle weighs much more than fat.
I would worry about the appearance, not the weight. "Mass is miselading," is what I live by.

Five pounds is very realistic, 10 is also realistic, but prolly not healthy. You gotta run your @SS off! eating healthy and exercise does work, so you must not be doing one or the other. Do squats and lunges to maintain your booty perky and butterfly machine for your breasts/pecs.

First of all, if you eat healthy and exercise, there is no way you wont lose weight eventually. I know you don't want to here it but its true. Secondly, you need to want to loose weight for yourself, not so you can look like other people. Third and lastly, use spell-check.
