Im really dont know what to do, we been going out for 14 months and shes the first person i love...and till now i still do..i know i did alot wrong things and i cant forgive myself for making all the mistake....but truly i never cheated on her...at our first break up she find out that me and this one girl was talking.....it wasnt like any talking it was just like friends talk....and she broke it off with me...and after that she came back with me..8 months later she got mad at me again for just talking to another ghurl...and broke it off agen....now shes saying that she doesnt want me to talk to anyghurls even if just FRIENDS!!she doesnt trust me at all...were still together till now and its been 3 months after the second break up....shes not the same anymore...shes not the same person that i loved....i mean it feels like she doesnt cares anymore...and she doesnt take me seriously anymore....am i really wasting my time.....shes not acting the same but she doesnt wonna let me go...

Sounds like you need to get out of this relationship, if what you are saying is accurate. She doesn't sound like she is capable of a healthy relationship. She must have some serious issues with trust and insecurity. Do you want to stay with her? If so, talk to her about how you feel and suggest that the 2 of you go for counseling. This is very similar to many of the relationships I have seen with my friends and brothers - where the girl is really sweet at first, but then turns into a totally different person. Good luck.
(and by the way, those relationships never worked)

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, bro, but... once it's over, please don't ever go back! Or what happened to you will continue to happen until you are 39, divorced, paying child support, etc. Find another woman who is a Flexible Giver and has a high Interest Level in you.

Because inside she does want to be with you but the trust in her eyes was broken to many times. Once the trust is broken it's hard to repair. She has to act like she doesn't care so she doesn't allow herself to get hurt again. :)
