NO. Just because someone else (maybe even someone who posted above) has a certain weight and height, doesn't mean you should measure up. Everyone is different. It all depends on your bone structure, ratio of muscle to fat, and many other factors. If you are healthy at that weight, you are fine.

Look up how to determine your BMI. I saw a formula the other day but don't remember it. It's supposed to be under 24% I think. I am 5' 6" and 160+ (post-baby). I'd be happy to weigh 150 right now so I didn't have so much to lose! I don't think you're overweight.

No. The recommended weight range for your height is between 135 and 150. If you have a larger build, you're right on target. If you have a very small skeletal structure, you could comfortably lose up to 15 pounds, but that's a pretty healthy weight.

It depends on more then hieght and weight other factors are involved in this question proper weight depends on age, bone mass, and hieght. There is no way that anyone can give u accurate answer for this on this site. I recommend seeing a docter. He or she can give u accurate answer. Also a nuitritionist would be a good person to visit cus he or she can recommend a great diet for u. Don't listen to anybody that on site thats says yes your overweight no your not cus How would they know? Go see a doc and a nuitritionist then can help u with this.

Muscle weighs more than fat fat floats in water muscle sinks like a rock. We started walking finding something to eat going a little further finding something Else hunting and gathering so if you eat Small meals 5 or6 a day make sure they are well rounded in nutrients get good rest 1/2 hour of exercise every other day your body will conform to its optimum shape and weight on its own.side note I'm a scuba diver we use weights to compensate for body fat I don't need any so this lady didn't think she didn't either so I start my dive I look up and their she is swimming in circles like a duck fishing head under the water feet kicking but bobbing like a Bowie lol

No it is not overweight, as you can see your BMI is fine. Some people here are just guessing and don't really know, because they are just comparing their weight with yours. But as you know, we are all different and can't all weigh the same! Take care : )

Your body mass index (BMI) is 23.5, which is in the normal range. As for people's perceptions, that would depend on your age and location. In an American high school, this might be seen as overweight.

Probably not. It depends somewhat on your age too. Try the calculator below. If you are a kid, you are "at risk to become overweight" but are NOT overweight. If you are an adult, you are in the healthy range.
