You can send them a letter and request them to stop calling you. Send it through certified mail so that you have proof you requested them to stop. Below is a link for a sample letter.

Just pay your bill.
Not only will you stop the collection calls and lawsuits, you'll know that you did the honest thing and right thing and took care of your responsibilities. Assuming you're an honest worth-while person that is.

Have to agree with everyone else pay your bills on time. If you run into a problem try contacting them first & make arrangements then they wont'nt have to call as lasot resort speak to the manager of company

I've had the experience of this.what i did was,tell them that there was noway I'd be answering calls at work,or after hours,if they called back at the wrong time it was hang up on them as soon as i found out who was on the phone,worked just fine for me:)

apparently the count has not encountered hardships..........anyway collectors are not ALLOWED to call you at work. At least not in my state. At home, screen the calls. Send them a cease and desist letter. Or opt to speak with them and try to arrange payments you can afford.
