OLE doesn't have a translation, it is a Spanish expression during the bullfights. Bravo is a word that Italians use after a magnificent Opera. The Spanish speaking people also use the same word for something very nice and deserve the word bravo as wonderful, magnificent, extraordinary, in order to praise meanwhile they clap.

Only I would like to add that the word OLE even though it started with the bullfights, by now it is used for anything that is well done. If you are playing a game and do the right move, they will say OLE. Well done!
