I don't. Someone asked Jesus' last name earlier, and I said I knew Jesus Rodriguez!

Perhaps because he's the most popular one? People from all walks of life, religion, ethnic background, all parts of the world and all ages have somehow heard of Jesus of Nazareth more than any of his namesakes.

For the same reason that when people say Oprah, everyone assumes you're talking about Oprah Winfrey. There are other Oprah's but she's the most famous, therefore, the only one for whom you don't need a last name.
