i went to the doctor they gave me augmentin 875 mg but it is not working i put tea tree oil on it doesn't work either..neosporin-nope! it is getting worse and looks like it is starting to eat the cartilage between my left and right nostril please help

My goodness, it sounds like it is time to seek a doctor. Is it painful? It could be a staph infection. Good luck.

Head back to the doc ASAP.
You could have a "super bug" that isn't responding to the antibiotics you are taking.
Don't mess with this and wait too long. Call your doc's office NOW and they will tell you if you should head to the ER or wait until Monday.

Well...that does not sound good at all. If it is an internal sore than you should see a ENT doc and if it external then see a dermatologist. You need specialised tx at this point.
