Mine does it all the time too. Like a uncontrollable twitch that you can't stop. It never really bothered me i kinda thought it was fun having my eye completely twitch out without trying~ but if it gets too much go to the doc I'm sure he'll say its a natural thing

Have you tried seeing a doctor or something?
I think I've had this happen to me too, just wait a couple days (that's what I did, and it went away), but if it persist maybe you should see a doctor to make sure there isn't anything wrong.

Someone told me it's a lack of potassium. I don't know if it's true but I always enjoy a good excuse to eat a banana.

I've heard (don't quote me on this) that it is your bodies way of telling you that you have a potassium deficiency, you can remedy this by eating something with potassium in it aka a bannana.

I heard its a lack of potassium and/or a lack of zinc in your diet. If you are really worried about it you should visit ure Doctor.

you could have something so small it's irritating your eye and you dont know it so you could wash your eye out. try staring at something for a while with eyes wide open to stretch them out.
