The delivery driver usually doesn't get the fees -- the pizza parlor does. Drivers don't make a whole lot to begin with, so I try to tip at least 20%.
That usually comes down to about three or four dollars. I figure the guy or gal is saving me a trip, so I try to do right by them.

Perhaps 10% because, most likely, the delivery guy is using his own gas. You could "throw it" to the delivery guy to give back to the pizza place by saying you would tip a little more but the delivery fee "took care" of that.

I haven't had delivery pizzas for a long time. But I always use the CNN website to know how much to tip. According to the website, tip 10 % of the bill for a food delivery person.

I usually tip @ least 20%. If there is a delivery fee, find out how much they charged and add a little more to equal 20%.

I don't know about now, but it used to be here in IL delivery people were taxed on a 20% tip rate, just like waiters and waitresses.

$10.00 @ least or make it yourself. I once made an $86.00 tip delivering 1 pizza, believe it or not. Those poor souls that have to do that for a living need some help.
