Just putting on weight will do you more harm at football than good. The only way to help both football and your weight is strenuous crazies to build muscle. Eat a well balanced diet and definitely stay away from any kind of medication or drug to help you gain size.

Fatty foods will get you bigger the fastest, but that's not very healthy. Try counting your calories on a regular basis and eat more to increase your calories. It doesn't necessarily have to be fatty foods or any particular food. Just work on increasing those calories!
