In theory it should help. Aspirin is an anti-inflammatory so it will help to relief the redness and swelling. But first make sure the pimple has an opening (hole) so the medication can enter the skin. In practise....not sure....never tried it before or heard anything of the sort from my patients. No harm trying...and if you do...tell me how it went!!

A pimple is basically a clogged pore/localized bacterial infection/inflammation. I think aspirin needs to be in your blood/body fluids to get into the cells. I think it reduces pain/ inflammation but doesn't directly kill the bacteria. Use a skin care product, exfoliate/wash your face/use lotion. If you pop it, push the pus to the side (not a direct squeeze, it could hurt the cells even though you release the bacteria, making the inflammation worse) and *wash* a lot with soap before/after popping.

No, it will not work, but you can try dabbing a small amount of white toothpaste right on the pimple, that will do the trick.
If you have a little extra cash, you might want to buy a bottle of zap, you could get it on ebay and it works mirales on pimples, not full blown, but occasional pimple breakouts.

You need to treat your pimples with a product that has benzoyl peroxide in it. The peroxide helps kill the infection or bacteria that causes pimples. I use Zap Zyt and it works wonderfully. You can also use a wet warm washcloth to help with the swelling in a zit, or even toothpaste, but I think the Zap Zyt works the best. Also use with a facial moisturizer.

Where did you hear that? No, it won't clear the pimple. It won't do anything. Aspirin is to be taken INTERNALLY and has no benefits when put ON the skin. None at all.
Go buy some acne treatment at the drug store. There are hundreds of them.

Aspirin contains salicylic acid, which can be used to slough off dead cells, cleanse the pores, and dry oily areas. Aspirin would be more likely to prevent pimples than to cure them, but it would certainly help to keep the area dry and prevent infection. . No reason to crush the aspirin, though. Salicylic acid is found in many creams and lotions that are used to treat blemishes. Much less time-consuming and expensive.

I've heard that is does. I've never tried it, but I know some models use it.
If you've ever heard of Goody's, Stanback, BC powders...use those...they are powdered aspirin. (mix with a tiny amount of toothpaste). Cover it with a bandaid before you go to bed. And dont touch the pimple with your hands.

over-washing your face can actually have the opposite effect. This will irritate your face and make things worse. Washing twice a day should be enough, and again if you exercise.
