On Hydroxycut.com i typed in Sleeping for 8 hours and it said i burn 530 calories...how can that be possible??? I'm not doing anything!

I dont't know the exact number but yes you do burn off some calories while sleeping. Although you aren't doing anything, your body is. Breathing, heart pumping, and all that stuff still keep working and that's why calories are burned. I thought it was weird at first.

You are doing a lot while you sleep. Breathing, heart beating, digesting, rolling around...for several hours... also during that time you are neither eating or drinking. Not only that, there are different chemicals released in your brain that help with weight loss, people who sleep better, have a better chance at a healthy weight. Weigh yourself before bed and then right when you get up, you will see.

i thought u only burn about 100...idk but i know that in the morning you weigh the lightest so i guess thats true
