All the Religions Agree
God sends us a new messenger(prophet) when we as a people have progressed to that point. Each messenger reviews what the previous messengers have brought and then adds to it the same way your school teachers do(did). This process is called progressive revelation. I hope this helps your journey!!

PEOPLE who believe the Trinity teaching say that God consists of three persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each of these three persons is said to be equal to the others, almighty, and without beginning. According to the Trinity doctrine, therefore, the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God, yet there is only one God.Many who believe the Trinity admit that they are not able to explain this teaching. Still, they may feel that it is taught in the Bible. It is worth noting that the word “Trinity” never occurs in the Bible.
John 1:1 states: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” (King James Version) Later in the same chapter, the apostle John clearly shows that “the Word” is Jesus. (John 1:14) Since the Word is called God, however, some conclude that the Son and the Father must be part of the same God.
Bear in mind that this part of the Bible was originally written in Greek. Later, translators rendered the Greek text into other languages. A number of Bible translators, though, did not use the phrase “the Word was God.” Why not? Based on their knowledge of Biblical Greek, those translators concluded that the phrase “the Word was God” should be translated differently. How? Here are a few examples: “The Logos [Word] was divine.” (A New Translation of the Bible) “The Word was a god.” (The New Testament in an Improved Version) “The Word was with God and shared his nature.” (The Translator’s New Testament) According to these translations, the Word is not God himself. Instead, because of his high position among Jehovah’s creatures, the Word is referred to as “a god.” Here the term “god” means “mighty one.”

Peace be with you,
GOD is one and all those you mentioned were Prophets and himan. GOD was not any of the Prophets from Adam to Moses, Abraham, Jesus, Mohammed and hundreds more peace be upon them all. They all came with a message to help Humanity turn back to GOD. Everytime a Prophet came and left the world got messed up again and he needed to send another message.
It was always the same message, just different Prophets being our teachers.
GOD brought us the tablets of Abraham (they are long gone), The Torah with Moses (original is lost), The Gospel of Jesus (the orginal is lost), and the Quran with Mohammed (original still exists). GOD promised us Mohammed is the last messenger, except for Jesus will return after him some day) Peace be upon all the Prophets. Since the Quran is the last revelation he will make sure the original is never lost so it will never become distored if you read it with a pure heart and understand GOD will help reveal the true peacefulness of the Religion.
Everyone is familiar with the Shema, the Jewish Pledge of Allegiance: "Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one" (Deut. 6:4).
"I am the Lord, and there is no other;
apart from me there is no God." Isaiah 45:5
Qur'an:
[ 112:1-4] Proclaim, "He is the One and only GOD. "The Absolute GOD."Never did He beget. Nor was He begotten."None equals Him."
Peace

God is not in the universe She is the universe.
She created the universe from the only thing that She had available, Herself.
You and the most distant star from you in the universe both exist within the idea of God.
This is a difficult concept for most people to comprehend because they have been taught nonsense about God. Like the idea that God lives far away on a cloud called heaven. God is not a raindrop. Raindrops live in clouds Not God. This is foolishness.
Jesus told us that the kingdom of God is within us. This is true because each and every one of us exist as a part of God. We live and move within our loving source. There is no moment or possibility that we can ever be apart from her.
Forget the silly stories that you have been told about a distant God that lives in the clouds. Look around you. Everything that you see is God.
Love and blessings.

There are certain attributes that humans esteem as good: charity, compassion, love, happiness, empathy, understanding, wisdom, etc... and you will see them embodied in the idea of the creator of the culture in question. Just as the negative aspects will be assigned to the enemy of said creator and/or as temptations (the seven deadly sins).
If we attempted to embody the virtues we esteem so highly instead of making excuses for ourselves (we're only human and born into sin) the world would be a much better place.

Behold all that is around you on earth: things, plants, insects, animals, birds and fish...
Don't you see that they have accurate systems governing and guiding their life?
Behold all that is above you in space: sun, moon, planets, stars, clouds, wind ... etc., aren't they all functioning properly and accurately and rendering valuable services to our life on earth?
Think of yourself, of your organs, of your numerous and efficient body systems, how they are cooperatively functioning to secure healthful life for you!
Who created all these fantastic things? Who established their accurate systems? Who is controlling this huge and complicated universe?
No one dared so far to claim creating, or being able to create, any single thing, even a hair!!
The Creator and The Sustainer of all these Creatures is One only; if there were more than one there would have been confusion in the heavens and the earth! That One is Allah (the only true God).
It is very logical, then, to acknowledge this fact, to know our Creator and Provider to be grateful to Him, and to submit ourselves and our life to His Wise and Merciful Guidance.
Our Creator has endowed us with intellect to understand and with freedom to choose the right path.
Allah has showed us the right path through his messengers sealed by Mohammad and His Books completed by The Qur'an.
In front of us there are two ways: one is leading to bliss in this life and in the Hereafter that is Islam.
The other is leading to misery and loss in this world, and to eternal punishment in the Hereafter. The choice is ours, what are we going to choose? May Allah guide us into the Right Path! Aameen!

If you have faith that god is legion then god is legion. Through faith anything can be whatever you believe (in your own world)
The puzzle is that you would expect anyone to share your faith-based belief .
