You will start feeling bigger than you ever imagined! LOL
Seriously, its a great time because despite all the physical discomfort, your baby will start reacting to more sounds, when you push into your belly a bit, the baby will push back and you can imagine the new little person more that will soon join you.
The fatigue, bathroom trips (frequent) and getting hungry alot but not having alot of room for food (many small meals over the day) are the things I remember best.
That last month is the most taxing-- we used to joke that the 9th month is God's way of getting you ready for labor ("I don't care how much it hurts!! Get this baby OUT!").

Be good to yourself and CONGRATS on your baby!

Right now you are in the most comfortable part of your pregnancy. The baby is not too large and you can still get around pretty easily. During your third trimester, however, things start getting a bit cramped. You should expect more frequent urination (as you did in your first trimester). This is due to the baby sitting on your bladder because of the crowded space. You should also expect heart burn or indigestion, enlarged breasts (even some possible leaking because you will be producing something called collostrum). Leaking is normal later in the pregnancy. Also, don't expect to feel the baby to move as much as it was because it is so crowded. (Be careful though-you should still feel it regularly, it just won't be as rambunctious!!) Of course you could experience back ache and issues getting a good nights rest due to alterations in comfort. I'm pregant too. It's such an exciting, yet....uncomfortable time. But treasure every moment of it and be sure to keep a journal. You'll want to remember every second of it!! Good Luck

I'm assuming you are approximately 12 or thirteen weeks alongside that's WAY too quickly to suppose motion. At that factor, the child is handiest two-three inches lengthy and, even thrashing approximately, could not create any motion that you simply could be equipped to suppose. You should not count on to suppose something till AT LEAST 18 weeks! Have you had an ultrasound but? If so, the healthcare professional must be equipped to assist you to realize in case your child is constructing adequately. That's all that particularly concerns. Pregnancy signs fluctuate widely from lady to lady and you'll be able to force your self loopy evaluating your self to different folks!
