American, but not fast food...

(Some people don't know that emigrants from all countries came to USA ... and brought their best way to prepare food !!!!)

American food is better in taste but not good for health........ i prefer Italian

That all depends on what you were raised with, if you were brought up on burgers I'd say American. If you brought up on a lot of pasta I would say Italian.

Italian food sucks. It's just some shape of pasta with some crappy red sauce on top. Boring.

italian, it's healthier. less fats and cholesterol. offers more olive oil and roasting or grilling. american food is based more on pan frying or deep frying.

It all depends on the ingredients going into each dish. What kind of oil what kind of meat, the veg. fresh frozen canned etc., Can not just pick one.
