to get rid of your love handles try doin side sit ups or even get an ab-lounge they rock and they work really well!

Honestly, you can't lose a lot of weight just by working out. While exercise is really important, if you don't eat healthy, weight loss is going to be really hard. What I would do is drink a lot of water (8 cups a day), make sure you're eating plenty of fruits and vegetables (five per day at least), and start cutting out junk food. Also, you might consider upping your fiber intake--but GO SLOWLY. Too much fiber at once will cause problems. Consider switching to a high-fiber cereal.
Also, you might consider some aerobic exercise--aim for three to four thirty-minute sessions of walking, running, or some other aerobic exercise a week. Doing this, I have lost around ten pounds in the last few weeks. Good luck--and remember that health is more important than weight.

You do you crunches. If not, crunches, push-ups, and doing more tightening and strengthening exercises are the only way to get rid of the love handles. You are going to have to get on a small diet, it will help. Slowly, you will see the results. Try spending more time of the mid-section and your love handles should disappear. I hope this helps

Do some cardio as well , run or do something like that for 30 minutes and you would see the difference..and I have a little crazy tip that have worked for me... when doing cardio I wrapped myself with plastic wrapping paper around my waist so you sweat more in that area... and crazy as it sounds it works. An other really good exercise is to stand straight and turn your torso 90 degrees to each side , do like 30-60 reps. each day that worked for me ( do it with weights for better results ) . An other thing..it takes time, you never see results the next day.

Two words: aerobic exercise. Lifting won't do much with regards to losing weight.
