The Train leaves from behind the Commerce Bank Ballpark, It takes 1:15 and you have to change trains in Newark to go into Manhattan (PATH for downtown, NJ Transit For Penn Station).
There are also Buses, but if you miss and express bus, the 'local bus' takes 2 hours to get into the PABT.
Bridge water is a nice little town, but you need a car for local things.
