I think it really depends on his personality and attitude. And if they are a good match and are compatible. Also if they make each other happy. Money doesn't really matter, at least most of the time it doesn't.
But generally, women do like guys that have a bit of stability.
You don't have to be excessively rich or anything. Somewhere in between.

A man should not be broken. He should have his life together enough so that he can support himself. If he can not support himself then the lady would have to support him. Sometimes the lady might get angry about that. The man does not necessarily have to be "RICH".

depends on the woman...
also depends on the man. why is he broke? is he a doctor working for free at an orphanage in India? or is he too busy drinking and picking up cheap Ho's to get a decent job?

A sad fact of life:
Women are genetically programmed to respond to men who can show they are good providers.
If you have money or show potential that you will be successful in life the rest is easy.
Apart from that, women want respect, honesty, kindness & humour primarily, Good looks & fashion sence are a bonus.

No, he does not have to be rich. But I have no interest in him if he's not motivated and able to take care of himself. Big difference.

some girls like um rich.some don't care.rich or poor they still love you.just be yourself.if they don't like you,then you don't need them.don't fake someone else to get a girl.
