and it sometimes brings negative stuff to you...BUT I STILL WORRY OVER stupid things...and i know it is stupid...what can you recommend??? honest answers only... thanks!!!

Don't you find that worry is an emotion that surrounds a situation that you can't control?

I recommend three things to help:

1. Exercise or even taking a walk outdoors. It will help clear your head.
2. Distract yourself with an entirely different line of thought; it can be like a light switch for your emotions.
3. Make a decision NOT to worry -- and visualize yourself rising above it, or meeting the problem head-on without delay. Usually worry creates a scenario worse than the reality that transpires.

you dont say what exactly you worry about other than sometimes you worry about stupid ****. dont sweat the small **** . something thats helped me i learned in a 12 step program its called the serenity prayer. god grant me the serenity to accept the things i can not change, the courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to know the difference i think if you apply this to your life situations it will help.

I guess that's just your nature and how you are...I know someone like that and they take anti anxiety pills or something like that....I dont't think there is any quick remedy sort of thing to cure this becasue your heart tells you to worry when your brain wants to stop it but it just doesn't have enough power......
