you should go with soy meats. I know it may sound icky at first, but they are actually quite good. I have tried soy bologna with cheese. its veggy and great tasting.

If you want similar texture, then a grilled portabello mushroon would give the same effect as meat. Also lentil loaf sliced thinly and pan fried. If you are vegan, there are many "meat" products out there that have the similar taste and texture as the real thing.

Maybe some Tofu.... It comes flavored so you can have avariety as opposed to regular bland tofu. Chick Peas Ground up with some olive oil, Paprika, and garlic(Hummus), Peanut Butter(natural), or Veggie Wraps!

That's all I can Think of for now! Hope this helps!

Try this...it is absolutely awesome: Length wise, slice thin cucumber, mozzerella cheese, guacamole, salt to taste, and toast it up like a grilled cheese.

You could use peanut butter and jelly. Or you could make a cheese sandwich. If you like tuna, than you could make a tuna salad sandwich.

Well, I like cheese and mushrooms for a "meaty" flavor. Then add regular toppings.
