i called my therapst today. i wanted her to know that i wasnt doing to grate..we talk and talk.then she asks me if i need to go back to west hills.i sead no im working on me.yes it will take time,but no i dont want to go back..im 19 but can i still say no to west hills??

The only way an adult can get put in against their will is if they're afraid you are in danger of hurting yourself or others. And even then it's not an easy process...well at least not here in Washington State.
Please don't let the fact that your therapist asked you if you need to go back to West Hills, stop you from calling her when you're having a rough time and need to talk. She asked you that because she had to. But she cares about you and wants to know when you need her. You did the best thing by calling her.

If you don't like what your therapist wants you to do, then try to find another one that you can talk to with confidence. Sometimes you need a second opinion to solve your problem.

You really should learn how to spell at your age. They can only put you in an inpatient treatment center if they think you are a danger to yourself and/or others.

huh? okay sorry i cant understand your spelling :S look if you dont want to go back to west hills dont go back try some other place.

You can say no, but if your therapist thinks that you should return, you should listen to her. She has your best interest at heart. Good Luck!!
