I'm not sure if you like vegetables, but I'd suggest this:
Bananas (lots of potassium and very good for you).
Buy prewashed, bagged broccoli and carrots...get some non-fat ranch dressing or whatever you like.
Even though you don't like to cook, you can at least try to cook once per week and freeze the stuff (stick them in several gladware containers). Baked chicken, rice, and then nuke some frozen spinach. Also, skim or lowfat milk is great.
Believe me, I've been on both sides of the spectrum...eating junk food and eating healthy. It doesn't really take that much time. You only need to cook once per week and just easy stuff.
If you have to get food on the run, try subway or a grilled chicken sandwich (no fries). No mayo either.

Drive thrus can be really convenient. I am a health nut and always try to eat healthy too. Here are some things I usually order that are quick and also a healthy option.
Mcdonalds- Chicken sandwich is better than a burger, crispy or grilled
Wendy's- The frosty get you some dairy and the jr bacon cheeseburger would be good for the meat and lettuce and tomato, I am pretty sure they also use lite mayo on their burgers and low fat cheese
Taco Bell- The taco salad is good, the beans are good for fiber (to regulate your...umm..ya know)
Burger King- the whopper is good. It does have a lot of calories but also some good nutritional value.
Good luck with your busy schedule and eating healthy. I have been eating like this for years and my weight remains stable. I am really busy working at the children's hospital and also part time as a grocery clerk.

If you have a crock pot, I have a recipe for a soup that you can cook once and just reheat it whenever you want to eat. And it's actually very forgiving of ingredients!
cooked or browned meat (any kind)
1 envelope instant garlic mashed potatoes
1 diced onion
chopped celery and green pepper (optional)
1 can canned tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
vegetables (I prefer frozen)
extra garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, sage, and bay leaf (any or all)
enough water to fill the pot to a couple of inches under the rim
Stir your ingredients together, then put the lid on and let simmer on low during the day while you work, or do whatever. By evening, your dinner will be ready and waiting. It's a great way to use leftovers!
Otherwise, you'll want to keep fruits and vegetables around that you can just wash and eat, and keep nuts around for a bit of a protien boost.
Good luck!

But you can cook and have healthy food. Just do what used to do--on your day(s) off, if you have any, just cook up a bunch of food, the kind that will keep in the fridge for a while or can be frozen, and then when you come home from a long day at work... you just throw some of the food in the microwave for 2 minutes. Easy.
Lentils are awesomely healthy and can be tasty when done right.
I curry mine, and add some hummus... over rice, yeah, tasty!

anything that can be eated cod or raw. An example would be a glass of milk and a banana suplemented with nuts would be a good basic meal. This would take probablt 2 minutes to prepare. Give it a go.

salads
apples (with or without penut butter)
a protiean shake or bar such as "go-lean"
a yogurt with or without lowfar granola
there are plenty of options but they arent the tastyest. the main thing to remember that some keys in healthy diets are replacing junk for sweet healthier things, and having non fatty protien

Please slow down, it doesn't take any longer to make a healthy meal than a junk food meal, and you wil end up with more (usable) time in the end of your life.
