Ask her out like you would if she didn't say that, anyway i did the exact same thing and she said yes.
She might just be saying that because she wants the right guy to ask her out and that guy might just be you...

well it could mean she doesn't want to go out with you.
or
Just ask.... say something like, "I know you prolly not interested in going out with me right now or anyone for that matter but I just want you to know I really like you and am really interested in getting closer to you and getting to know you better...." maybe you can go from there but somewhere along the lines of that.
