Has anyone taken the dressmaking and designing course from them? If so, did you like it?

Yes, PFC formerly known as Education Direct. I got my diploma from them. Good school. Also accredited by the DETC, a recognized long distance education by the US Dept. of Education. www.detc.org

i have not taken them but looked into it and am on a listserv with people who are taking stenography from them. they are pretty good but you have to pay it all up front if you drop out you get no refund. in a college you pay one semester at a time so you don't lose the whole thing if you drop out. ask them their completion rates of folks who start the program. when i called them, they would not give me that information. if their completion rate is 1% do you really think youare self motivated enough to be that 1%?
most people have more trouble with home study because you have to be more self motivated. good luck.
