i am 170 pounds and i am only 16 years old. i think i have always been in a diet for as long as i remember, i tried a diet before where i only eat once in a day and it worked but it triggered to having ulcer, i am enrolled in the gym but im usually too lazy to go. i go on diets but i always end up bingeing. I tried to go to a nutritionist but her diet didnt work because the menu i think didnt fit my lifestyle (kinda like a south beach diet which is too expensive for me), maybe you could suggest some diet pills that really works and make you less hungry or maybe a better diet plan.

Almost all diet pills are scams. The only lazy way to lose weight.....is none. Those ab-sliders are pretty good to lose weight, but they are so hard.

Well maybe there is a lazy way to lose weight, I just don't know one.
