Whenever I get really stressed out regardless of the weather I become ice cold. I get so cold that I have to put winter clothes on even if it's a hot day. I don't know why it happens to me but it does. Is this normal or really unusual?

could be anemia (iron deficiency)
also yes, stress.
smokingmakes it worse.

Every one deals with stress different and that's just the way for you. Nothing is wrong with you.

Stress causes vasoconstriction. This is why you get cold.

everyone has there own things that they do when they are streesed out. some people sweet, you just get cold and that is ok
