HAVE YOUR DENTIST MAKE YOU A N.T.I. APPLIANCE.
THIS DENTAL APPLIANCE EFFECTIVELY STOPS YOUR TEETH FROM EVER TOUCHING.
THIS WAY THE TEETH WILL NO LONGER BE DAMAGED.

Start wearing your bite guard all the time. You don't want false teeth if you don't have to. And I don't know any dentist that will just pull good teeth. As far as restoration, if your teeth are in good shape, you can do crowns, however carefully because you can chip the porcelain, implant, and in some cases we have also done composite build-up.

i have life experienceof grinding my teeth and ended up having to have almost all of them capped with gold caps as it is the only metal that was strong enough to withstand the grating in the night .but on my front teeth i still have a problem as i still grind my teeth and occassionaly the caps come loose .thankfully the local dental hospital took me on as a patient otherwise it would have been false teeth for me as well, dont think that having them out will stop you grinding you will still have to wear a gaurd as otherwise you will have ulcers on your gums.best of luck with sorting it out as it has been 40 yrs that i have had this problem.by the way do you have back or neck problems as this can cause problems with your jaw alignment hence grinding of teeth, sorry .

it's called BRUXISM, my teacher said it is caused usually by psychological problems (you're stress)

just use those night guards for your teeth so it wont wear off...

for treatment just go to the dentist for filling...

if you want to wear dentures it is up to you, but if you pull out your teeth your face appearance will be changed and your bone under your gums will be resorbed... causing a lot problems, so... better to consult to the dentist and figure out the best solution for it

Good luck ^_^
