well if you like him.. say yes.. but if you dont.. then say.. you have to worry about other things right now.. maybe later on..

If you had been dating for years, you would not be asking this question. There is nothing wrong with this. It is really a good question.
Dating is the system used to learn about human relationships. Asking someone out is usually one of the hardest things that guys (and some gals) ever do. The fact that he asked you out tells you that he is interested in getting to know you.
If your heart or you gut is screaming "No Way!" then you are not ready or you really do not want to get to know him any better than you already do. If this is the case, just tell him "No." Do not worry about never getting ask out again. You will be (perhaps even by this same guy).
If you really have some interest in getting to know this guy better, then say "Yes". These first two cases are really "no brainers".
The real question is what if you don't know how you feel about this guy? What do you do then? This one will always be your choice. Yes or No. If you are in doubt, I suggest you say yes. Get to know him better and maybe then you will be more confident in saying Yes or No if he asks you out again. If you never say Yes then you will never know.
No guy is perfect (and you should be suspecious if one does seem perfect). You can always find at least a small fault in everyone. The idea is to learn about human relationships in a realistic way. This is not a chick-flix movie. This is reality. Either learn how to honestly deal with guys or play games.

Kelsie, If you like the boy then you know what to do and if you do not be honest but nice. It does hurt the pride to be let down but hey we bounce back and makes us stronger in the long run..
Kelsie go with your heart and what you feel despite what others tell you after all it is you making the decision and if some one else is saying ewwwww to you they might be jealous.. go with what you feel.... Best of luck to you .....
