i have these little pimple looking things on my right eye around my lids. i have no clue what it is, but it wont go away no matter what i apply to it. its so unattractive, because when i take pictures, my right eyes is like a little light red, and it really stands out. what the heck is it? someone please tell me.

Sounds like infected hair follicles.
Don't mess with any infection, especially near your eyes. Don't risk your sight any longer and get in to your doc.
It shouldn't be hard to clear up, but the longer you wait, the harder the infections will get to treat.

I had these their harmless..they are called skin tags. some go away on their own but if they dont you can get liquid nitrogen which freezes the skin tag and they fall off or you can get them cut off.
