How do I get my hair wavy on the bottom and like straightish still on the top like vanessa hudgens...ashley tisdale...jessica simpson

Curl your hair but when you are towards the top, dont curls it as high up the hair shaft, just about 1/2 of so so that the top is still straight. I would also use a wax like Tigi's Bed Head Hair Manipulator (I think that it what its called, its blue and in a jar) to give it that piecy look.

Looks like they either used hot rollers or the velcro rollers and only half way up not the whole head ( hence that is why the top is straight) also they look like they have fingered the curles out rather than brushing them out. another words you take pieces of the hair and finger it into s swirl as they come out of the rollers. then lightly spray to keep the position

i do this all the time.
All you do is wash and blow dry ur hair,
then get curlers and CURL from bottom to top,
then from each curl dont spray each one as u should normally do for tight curls, just each one tug on them to make them loose.
by time u finished they should be loose if not pull on them and then hair spray them from far away dont put the spray can to close cause u dont want to much hair spray u want a natural look so when finishing your whole head with curling ur hair just gently spray ur hair not to much for ur look of loose curls just like u want. good luck

just curl your hair with a big curling iron and it will look like that dont do it form the top do it form the middle of your face leveled with your cheecks becuase the curl will eventually fall a little

I am pretty sure they have extentions, but I use a large barrel iron and that works very well. But my hair is wavy and this is more of a taming kind of technique for me.

Those are all extensions. I would suggest going to a salon to get a STRAIGHT extension. Then curl it yourself because you can do what you want to it. That's not their real hair so don't feel bad :p

dry your hair straight and put huge curlers on the bottom then take them out and brush with a big comb spray with hair spray and twirl with fingers

you have to get it cut straight then when its the right lenght curl it. or u could be evil and shave their hair off and use it as a wig. joke. hahaha
