the nicest way i was ever asked out was a guy brought me some flowers (my fav kind) and then played one of my favorite songs and then he asked me out. I thought it was sweet and i always have remembered it. So if your going for soething the girl would like then do something she'll remember or you can just plain out ask well would you like to go out with me?
