I'm a sophomore in high school and 15 years old. I constantly feel like throwing up in my last class of the day in school. I feel sick and unable to do my work. The people piss me off and I greatly despise the teacher. I hate the class in general. The room is a computer room and the windows are always slightly open. I know there's something abnormal....

Well, hating the class so much probably make any physical discomforts seem worse . . . And maybe you're hungry at the end of the day to boot . . . .

It does sound food-related. How early do they have you guys eating lunch nowadays? When your blood sugar is low, it can make you nauseous and dizzy and irritatble. Also, the heat generated by the computers probably add to a stifling feeling in the room. Try grabbing a quick carb/protein snack right before class--like a granola bar with nuts. That'll help you get over the mid-afternoon slump.

You sure your school ain't hunted. Jp. It might be because of the foods you eat. Sometimes I feel like that if I eat breakfast. Or maybe it's just the ppl that surround you. Did you ever feel this way last year ? I hope you feel better.

And oh yeah. Be prepared for everyday. (like do homework and study. etc.)

if this is the first time you are getting these symptoms.. it could be nerves.. I used to get the same thing on the days I had to work at a job where I absolutely hated the boss especially if I had to work with her!

Maybe you need more sleep. I agree with the person above me that you may just be hungry. Talk to your nurse or your parents.
