no i did not have any caffine for the past 3 weeks and i have been really active so i could get tired. I sleep like about 3 hours a night and i try to take naps but my mind wont fall asleep! i wanna sleep but i cant sleep!! ='( please help! what can i do?? not to mention when i do sleep for like the 3 hours i have bad nightmares and nothing in my life is bad. im a happy person and nothing is bothering me!

you might have something subconsiously bugging you or maybe it's just daily stress....

try listening to relaxing music before you sleep... that always helps me.

i've heard watching less t.v. could help... and also eating dinner earlier in the day...

if that doesnt work then go see a doctor about your problem... sleep is important.

Insomnia and racing thoughts can be a symptom of an emotional disorder--such as anxiety. Go talk to a doctor.

because you need to immerse your senses in aromatherapy products....namely vanilla lavender ones...

you can find them at your nearest bath and body works
