Derby Style steak is a marinade for a steak. I believe it contains worchester sauce, A1 sauce and other stuff to make this great marinade for any kind of steak. It's a spicy marinade and soooo good.

Derby Steak Marinade
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 large garlic clove, minced and mashed to a paste with 1 teaspoon
coarse salt
2 teaspoons A1 Steak Sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Combine all ingredients into a zip top bag, add Beef, marinate 1 hour minimum in the refrigerator

Steak Marinade
soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
garlic powder
celery salt
2 lbs steak, for grilling (New York Strip, Porterhouse and Top Sirloin are all good)
Coat both sides of meat with all ingredients.
There are no set amounts- you don't have to use a lot.
Let sit for about an hour.
Grill or Broil.
4-6 servings

Buy a better quality meat if you have to marinate it in all of that stuff.
