Is there a way to get the Unknown caller number?

no, as was said, but you can put a block that only allows callers to show thier number on the id and if they are unwilling they won't call you again. i have that service at my house and would not do without it.

They have to add your name and number to their phone, than when you call it will show on their caller i.d.

*69, and you'll dial the last number that called in. You can always call your phone company, too.
