Try putting your computer down. Being a level 4 in only 3 month means that you have nothing better to do with your time. Put it down and go outside.

No. Agorophobia doesn't really have anything to do with WANTING to go outside. The issue with this disorder is being unable to leave the house because of a very serious fear of what may happen outside.

Agoraphobia is a of open or public spaces. It is the limitation of leaving certain environments. For some this means being confined to their home and for others it is traveling outside a certain miles radius of where they live. When the root cause of this fear is lifted, the comfort zone begins to expand. People often experience panic/anxiety attacks when they are in uncomfortable zones as a symptoms.

No you could just be unmotivated
Agoraphobia frequently develops in persons with panic disorder. People with agoraphobia avoid (or try to avoid) situations that they think might trigger a panic attack, or situations from which they think escape might be difficult if they have a panic attack.
At the extreme, individuals with agoraphobia are afraid to leave the house. More commonly, individuals with agoraphobia avoid certain situations such as crowded places, being more than a certain distance from home, highway driving, waiting on lines, or being home alone. Alternatively, individuals with agoraphobia may be willing to be in the situation if they are with someone who can help them in the event of a panic attack.
The difference between agoraphobia and other types of phobias is that in agoraphobia the fear is of having a panic attack in the situation whereas in other phobias (such as insects, flying, heights, etc.) the fear is of the situation or object.

Agoraphobia is a mental disease in which indivuals affected have an abnormal fear of the outside world. It doesnt necessarily mean that they dont want to go out or to work, but its that fear they experience daily paralyzes them from doing so. Can be treated by psychotherapy and medications

being afraid to leave your house, or close immediate 'safe' area, is a sign of agoraphobia. agoraphobics avoid because they are hoping to avoid panic attacks. so, unless they work at home and don't have to go out, in answer to your question...yes, it is a sign/symptom of agoraphobia and panic disorder...

It probably means you hate your job.
If you are panicked to go anywhere - especially places you like to go - you may have agoraphobia. If so, see a therapist.

it is I have a moderate case of it, I can only go somewhere where I have been before and feel comfortable, If it is somewhere I have never been before I cannot go, I cannot even go to the grocery store unless someone is with me that I can trust.
