My sister has done it using Microsoft Word, but I can't ask for her help any time soon.

I don't have Excel, and have never used it before.

I'm sure there is a way this can be done. I hope someone can help :(

Thanks, Ashley. But there isn't a 'Diagram' option in the drop down list.

Create your table in Word, select it and go to Insert>Object>Microsoft Graph Chart. The chart shows up with an Excel type table, close the table without deselecting the chart then right click on the chart if you want to customize it (Chart type). You can then resize the chart selecting it and dragging a handle.

Hi there,

I'm using MS Word 2002, but this should apply to most current versions.

In the program, on the menu bar there is the option to choose "Insert" a menu will pop down and you can select "Diagram" and you can select which type of graph you want.

I know with this you have the option for:
- Organizational
- Cycle
- Radial
- Pyramid
- Venn
- Target

Hopefully this helps you in some way or another!! I could not finding anything personally for pie graphs or bar graphs but maybe one of these will help? It also depends on if you had them installed or whats available on your computer when the software itself was installed. Good luck!

Use the right tool for the job. Create the chart in Excel and then copy and paste it into word.

Word is for words, Excel is for number stuff. :)

i think (not entirely sure) you have to create the graph on another program and do a screenshot and go from there.
