just tell him the truth! simply tell him you like him if you dont want to have to think of a whole speech to tell him. the worst that can happen is he wont feel the same, but you'll never know unless you try.

Take a chance and tell him...you have nothing to lose and if you don't do it the worry and wondering will probably eat you alive. Wouldn't you rather know if the feeling is mutual that spend your every waking moment worrying about it? Plus if the worse case scenario is that you tell him and find out he is not into you...at least you know and can move on to find that other special someone.

It depends if he has shown interest in you.....
If he has go and talk to him when he is alone... Don't be pushy just be friendly and talk. Feel him out and see if it is a friendship or possibly more.
You can give him a compliment about something and see his reaction...
Ask him what his plans are for the week-end...
Chit chat and check it out....

If you can't get up the nerve to tell him face-to-face, write him a note. I dunno about you, but I can often express things a lot better in writing than I can with spoken words, and much clearer too. But, don't tell him over the fun or via AIM...that's just tacky. It's too momentous a thing for those mediums...
