So i take dance for 1 hour every week day. I have tonz of homework and i am very busy with other things. I am not staying as healthy as i should. How can i find time to increase my physical activity? I also need to stop eating as much junk food as i am--but still--i'm not eating that much....
I NEED MORE EXERCISE!!

walk to school and back, get off the bus 3 stops earlier. Get up earlier, the weekends.

maybe wake up an hour earlier and so some conditioning or cardio - or switch it up

find ways to increase your level of physical activity - take the stairs, be the one to fetch the tape from another class, during commercials of tv shows take a small jog around the house, go the long way to class or something

put 110% in your dance class to get the most out of it

interval training. you can run 50-yard sprints for 10-15 minutes 2-3x a week. you can jump rope for 15 minutes 2-3x a week.

while you are online ...stand up (don't sit) and do some leg kicks, squats, stuff like that.... while answering and asking these things...also if you are doing this and doing those excercises you are less likely to pick up any food...junk of other wise...try it I do it all the time!
