He probably thinks you don't like him the way he likes you. Look at him once in a while and make eye contact with him. that should be good.

he's shy, he has no idea how you feel about him...let him into your heart...you will never get him unless you tell him how you feel if your too nervous to do that flirt with him a little and he'll get the hint =)
