This sounds like an allergy. Believe it or not, you could be allergic to the chlorine in the water. Try using bottled water one day. If you still break out then its the soap or moisturizer.

It is hard to evaluate without the advantage of seeing your skin, however I mentally visualize oily pours that, your soaps and lotion could be adding to your problem. Perhaps using some wet heat (warm wet towel wrapped around your face and after a few minutes use a clean cloth with alcohol proceed to wipe your face. I would suspect not to wipe with heavy pressure because all you want to do is remove the oil in the opened pours not push it in or spread the oil into other pours.

You could be allergic to the product your using. Mose products have a lot of chemicals , try some thing more natural maybe from a health food store. Also B5 will help with acne ( alot ) can get that at any health food store.

Perhaps you have a skin condition called Rosacea and don't know it. My dermatologist suggested Dove soap and lukewarm water, and then flush with cold water. Don't use anything strong. You really should see a dermatologist. He will diagnose you and prescribe something specifically for you. I had the same problem.

Use only a little warm water on a cloth, it will be enough to cleanse your skin....you are too sensitive to use anything else.

Because you're using stuff you're allergic to. Try cetaphil cleanser and olay sensitive skin/fragrance free lotion.

try using Clinique stuff; wash with hot water (clean out pores), rinse with very cold water (close pores), and finish with acne pads as an extra precaution.
