All boys are flirts hun, especially the cute ones. If he's acting tough you have to recognize it for what it really is. If he starts acting like something he's not that means he's trying to hide something he is. And this guy has got a girlfriend? Why the heck would you want to be with a dog like that? And what makes you think that he wouldn't so the same thing to you once you're his girlfriend, saying that you someday you actually do become his girlfriend?
Stay away from this dog, you nor anyone else in this world can tame this wild animal. Except of course maturity that will inevitably come with time. Don't worry hun, someone will break this mans heart one day and he'll realize the error of his ways. It just won't be you.

He probably doesn't like you, seeing as he already has a gf. Anyone who acts like they're god's gift is arrogant. If you don't like that part of his personality, then even if you two did strike up a relationship, it probably wouldn't work. He's probably just a flirt or a player.
