Diet pills don't work. The government just sued TrimSpa and the others for their false claims.

Diet pills don't work. Didn't you hear the news? The FDA just recalled like a dozen diet pill brands after a lawsuit was filed because the pills falsely promise everything from rapid weight loss, to preventing cancer!
Green tea, 100% Hoodia, and Ephedra are about the only three supplements that actually work.

the baby sucking on your breast causes the uterus to shrink far quicker than does anything else. if you are lactating, don't take any diet aid without your doctor's advice. it will go into your mother's milk and then be digested by the baby, and slimfast certainly could be somewhat toxic to an infant.

another way to lose the weight is to walk at least one hour a day. take the baby out in the buggy and push it, walking around, going shopping, etc.

doing anything that is exercise will help, even picking up your baby and playing with it. i mean active, physical, playing, like raising up the baby to your face and playing silly word games with him or her, or bringing the baby up above your head and then back down again. put your old sweats on and crawl around on the floor chasing your baby. you will have fun while you burn up the calories.

anyways, be proud that you are a mom by the time you get to your graduation. we are in a very precarious situation in the world since the educated women put off having a baby for so long that their "intelligent" genes are not being passed down for the future. good show, mom!

None of them. The FDA just released a report that proves that none of the current diet pills (SlimQuick, Metabolife, etc...) work AT ALL. They are actually starting a new law that bans their commercials from making any more claims. Plus, read the small print at the bottom of the screen that says: When used in conjunction with a healthy diet and rigorous exercise.

This proves that they do not work. I've tried all of them. Trust me.

I agree with the nursing votes. That will work. Be careful and sensible about your eating habits and take half hour+ stroller walks with baby either outside or in a mall if you're in cold weather. The walks are worth the effort. Congrats on new baby!

Diet pills destroy your metabolism. Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note-- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. The best diet is nursing your baby. Nursing uses up to 2500 calories a day! I lost 50 pounds in almost a month by nursing my son.
