I don't agree with the dumb part, but there are a few guys I would like to be naked in the jungle with.

If that is your choice, live your life the way you have just described. Take a few years off to do you research. Enjoy the experience ! And truly find yourself and Jesus at the same time.
May God be by your side every step you take.

Who told you that jungle chimps are dumb, just because they don't have cars and nuclear bombs to annihilate themselves with?

No, God made us this way. God gave us life and gave us a spirit to set us apart from the other animals and put us in control of them. God loves us and sent His son Jesus to die for us to pay the price for our [human] sins. And we can be called Sons of God and become "saved" aka become a Christian and have the assurance that we will go to Heaven when we die. All one has to do is believe that Jesus died to pay for our sins and rose from the dead to conquer death and ask for forgiveness of our sins. (John 3:16) (Romans 3:23) Then God PROMISES to forgive us and that we will live in Heaven for eternity. (Romans 6:23)That gives us hope for something to look forward to when this world seems like it's on self-destruct. I know what you mean that the world is so terrible these days. It is SOOOOOOO frustrating sometimes and I wonder why God lets this go on. But then i remember in the Bible in the book of Habakkuk, the prophet Habakkuk was fed up with the wickedness of the world. He wondered if it was worth it and if God even saw what was going on. But God does see, and He does care, AND He will take care of it in His own time. all we have to do is trust in Him that His timing will be best and that we have hope to look forward to a perfect eternity. God Bless :-)

I think so, yes. We'd not have all the troubles with pollution, nuclear sanctions, the 9-to-5, taxes, and the like. As Neil Innes sang, "Oh how sweet to be an idiot!"

Perhaps, but then they would be too stupid to appreciate it. Besided chimps aren't so peaceful. They fight for territory, and they rape the females. Not for me, thanks.
