i need to no wherer to open it to so i can watch, HELP!!!

I recommend:

VLC player

It will play all videos in any format...

Media player is very unreliable for on-line formated videos.

anything that can play it.Most likely its and avi or some time of mpeg and you'll need the divx encoder. Its free. Go to http://www.divx.com
