Use a chemical exfoliant. Alpha Hydroxy is a chemical that exfoliants without abrasively irritating your skin, and I've seen Alpha Hydoxy creams and treatments at Walgreens. If you have the money, try going to a skin care counter at Nordstrom or Macy's and tell them you're interested in a chemical exfoliant.

I am a Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics. I use and recommend the Microdermabrasion Set for exfoliating on the face. For more information, go to the site below and feel free to contact me if you have any questions! Good luck!

i have really sensitive skin. If you are talking about face wash or something, use Clearasil ultra cleansing scrub. Then use a really good moisturizer with no oils.

use mild exfoliating scrubs and don't use it too often.
if you like to wash ur face twice a day, use a normal washer. like nivea or garnier.. they suit just about anyone.
if you mean on your legs or somewhere else, just use mile-normal scrubs. i'd try also using natural one.. go to www.makeyourcosmetics.com they have good home made recepies for them
but yeah, don't wash too often and follow with nice mosturizer.
