Try to find something that is not high in fat. There are lots of things you can eat, try to stick to light foods like... a whole wheat sandwich made with lettuce and tomato, some lite cold cuts..like turkey and lite cheese or some soup, a bowl of cereal, turkey Burger is good if you are not going to bed anytime soon. Baked potato with lite cheese and butter spray taste great. keep some lite ice cream or pudding around. that will help if you have a sweet tooth. I hope this helps....smile.
