The Romans 1 excuse will not work. We are not wrong because we have great lives and we can do all sorts of "horrible" things and not suffer. And when you die, you have no brain anymore, so how would you have an afterlife if you couldn't experience it? Don't give me that soul crap. Aura is the only nonphysical thing in a body and has no memory. I heard that the bible claimed that 2000 C.E. was judgement day, and nothing happened! Guess what else, if there will be a judgement day, you will be in it too, so screw you. Also, Jesus is barely a skeleton now with no brain to make decisions, and if god created life, what created god's life, eh? Religion exists to answer questions like creation and clouds the minds of perfectly good people from birth and prevents measures that could save lives.
I'd say that judgement day was when religion set afoot!!!!!!

Jesus is not free when the church passes around a jar with change in it.
Jesus in not free when the church "suggests" a 10 % cut of your salary.
I am not an atheist because to claim myself as one would be denying the possibility of the unknown... As an agnostic, I have the ability to be open minded about everything while I use my mind to question. However, if there is a god, why would he or she "create" humans that deny god's existance... Oh yeah right, this is where you would claim the devil got his hands on the fallen who no longer believe. Why don't you go read your kids some more fairy tales.

I'm an agnostic but I guess this question can relate to me aswell. You see, I follow what I beleive to be right and just, what is moral, and what the right choices are. I have no regrets in my life because I follow my morals and do what I believe is the best and right thing to do. Now i'm not saying i'm always right because i'm not for the most part, but under the circumstances that I've been placed in, and knowing what I knew then, i always do things that I believe is morally just. So IF God does exist, i woudln't say anything, he can judge me for who i am since I don't have any regrets with my life.
Just because you don't believe in God or "jesus" dosent' mean you are a bad person. People should start to realize that. Gandhi wasn't a christian but I don't think anyone is going to argue that he wasn't a great man who should be looked up to and admired for what he believed in.

what would I say to God on Jugement day.....OOPS! My Bad.
Well why do I reject Jesus? I don't reject Jesus I reject the people who tell me I must believe in him. Jews don't believe that Jesus was the messiah does that make them bad? No. To each his own, to each his own religion and beliefs and if a person can not accept that there is no other "right" religion then Christianity then you are very closed mined and your God should turn you away on Judgement Day.

Glad you bring up Romans 1 (I'm sure you refer to verse 20), since verse 3 also indicates that Jesus was Josephs son (the phsyical seed of the line of David). This directly contradicts Matthew 1:18, 22:41-45 and Luke 1:34. Now that was a "free gift" from me to you.

"You know full well that there's enough religions on earth that are all insisting that their way is the right one. As an agnostic, I decided to be a good person for me, and not because I wanted to earn your favor, or avoid your wrath. 'oops'. "
And y'know what? If there's a god or God that's going to punish people for that, then I don't happen to think that that god / God is a very nice person, and I honestly probably wouldn't want to spend eternity with someone with such unrealistic expectations.
BTW, go read C.S. Lewis's "The Last Battle", and pay special attention to what they say towards the end about the guy from Calormene.

Thanks for letting me vent.

I'm an agnostic. That means I don't know for certain whether God exists. I don't spend any time wondering what I might say to God on Judgement Day, because I don't believe that Judgement Day is very likely.
What will you do if you're wrong?

I'm agnostic myself and figure I will find all answers after death.
It does make me wonder though, even with all the so called 'proof' from an anceint text that was actually put together in it's current form by a committee of men hundreds of years after Jesus of Nazareth's death, how christians will handle the fact that death may be all there is. Quite a let down for them.
