Just go and talk to her, she probably thinks your cute, or she wants to talk to you...but she wants you to make the first move, usually when a girl does that everytime she sees you, she is hoping you will walk up to her and talk to her....Find a way to start a conversation. Find out what she likes and talk to her. If after you aproach her she still seems like she is intrested...ask her for her number....or tell her you will see her around, implying that you would enjoy seeing her again
